By creating an account on Zaek, you agree to these terms. Zaek is a dating platform designed exclusively for people seeking serious, long-term relationships and marriage. It is not a casual dating app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zaek. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. One Account Per Lifetime

Each person may register only one account on Zaek. Ever. This is a lifetime registration — if your account is deleted or banned, you cannot create a new one. This rule exists to ensure every user takes the platform seriously.

3. Membership

For men: Access to Zaek is free but requires completing an extensive questionnaire of approximately 500 questions covering values, lifestyle, psychology, finances, family, and future plans. This questionnaire typically takes 1–2 hours to complete. Your application may be declined if answers indicate you are not serious about finding a life partner.

For women: Access to Zaek is free. Registration requires completing a questionnaire of 50+ questions. Your application may be declined if it does not meet the platform's quality standards.

4. Swipe Limit

Every user has a lifetime limit of 100 swipes (likes and passes combined). There is no daily limit — you can use all 100 in one day if you choose. Once exhausted, the feed is no longer available. This design forces deliberate choices rather than mindless swiping.

5. Matching and Messaging

When two users like each other, a match is created. Zaek uses a women-first messaging system: the woman must initiate the first message within 72 hours. If she does not, the match expires. This protects women from unwanted messages and ensures mutual interest.

6. Verification

All users are required to complete identity verification before using the platform. This includes:

• A selfie photo in a specific pose (assigned by the system)
• A photo of a valid identity document

Verification is reviewed manually by our team. We use this to prevent fake profiles, catfishing, and scams. Verification documents are stored securely and are not visible to other users.

7. Code of Conduct

By using Zaek, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information in your profile and questionnaire
• Upload only your own, recent photos
• Treat other users with respect in all communications
• Not use the platform for solicitation, advertising, or any commercial purpose
• Not create fake or misleading profiles
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Not attempt to circumvent platform rules or technical limitations

8. Anti-Ghost Policy

Zaek has an active anti-ghost system. If a woman receives a match and consistently fails to respond (across multiple matches), her account may receive warnings and ultimately be suspended. This policy exists because Zaek is built on the principle that every match deserves acknowledgment.

9. Account Suspension and Bans

Your account may be permanently banned for:

• Creating a fake or misleading profile
• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Repeated failure to respond to matches (anti-ghost violation)
• Uploading inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content
• Any behavior that violates the spirit of the platform

Bans are permanent and at the sole discretion of the Zaek team. Banned accounts cannot be reinstated, and no refund is issued for the membership fee.

10. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, text, voice prompts). By uploading content to Zaek, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service. We will never use your content for advertising or share it outside the platform.

11. No Guarantees

Zaek is a platform that facilitates introductions between serious-minded people. We do not guarantee that you will find a partner, receive matches, or achieve any particular outcome. The quality of your experience depends on your profile, your choices, and the other users on the platform.

12. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Delete Account). Deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including profile, photos, messages, and matches. This action cannot be undone. Remember: one account per lifetime — once deleted, you cannot re-register.

13. Limitation of Liability

Zaek is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or any decisions made based on information obtained through Zaek. You use the platform at your own risk.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Zaek after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via the app.
